[Dreams of the One I Love]

not bad buuut.

yeah, deffenatly not the best man but its not bad. SOme of the notes were kinda sour on the opening piano. as it goes however its nice! The strings are nice but i know you could probably do better on instrumentation! Other then that great work!

Hmm...you are likely right there as I have always been good with the interlaying of string instrumentals. But for now this will have to do as I am not planning on going back to rearrange and/or reassemble this song in any way.

BUT! I do here you when it comes to the sour notes, they add a little bit but take away more then they add...which is unfortunate.

Lovely guitars!

For some reason i picture a town with kids running around..Or like..hobbits maybe? LOL Nahh kids but the song really does give a great vibe. Everything works wonderfully and i think you've done a great job with the good old guitar sound here!

needs a little more.

Its a really simple track. I do like that however i think a bit of piano would really liven it up here and there. Other then that its got a great beauty to it!

VERY spooky!

but also very soothing in its own way! I think we just need to watch out for the vampires and stuff! Cuz, they are known to come out when this music plays! AHH ONE BIT ME! uh, not really. LOL The only thing i have a problem with in this song is that the organ at 1:47 kinda flows over the song and ruins the melody you have. Not bad though other then that.

Yep, pity I lost the original after I was forces to reformat my computer. I will see what I can do with future submissions that sound like this. This has its few quirks...but like you said...it is not bad, still that build up was a good idea...if only I had done it better ><.

Wow, i guess i haven't.. Its got a pretty beautiful sound on it.. Has a bit of a midi-esque feel to it. Wich isn't really a bad thing at all just kinda takes a lil of the magic out for me. Other then that however its a great take on the song! Keep it up as always!

Anyhow, onto the technical stuff. I made this one just because I liked the game, and this was the only one that I had confidence in to remix. The blending of different tracks and the overall composition adds up to a really nice, dreamy feel. Perhaps I will try to do this one again...just make it more of a orchestral piece then it is...who knows -.+ :P.

its smooth.

its got kinda a smooth jazzy feel for some reason. Though, i like it. Sounds almost like a town song for a FF song or something like that. Over all great work on this! It flows great and everything works fine in the track.

Thanks! I kind of imagine a town from a game of some sort when I hear this song, so I can see what you mean. It's got that chill downtown kinda feel. The one thing I don't like about it is the hi-hat, but I can always fix that.

Everything flows great in this track. Its a very relaxing type of sound and I can see this going pretty far for you! Great work on this track. The piano is beautiful!

Thanks for the review. I did want to go for my own little flair with this, though I will admit the work on Lenna's theme sounds a little Michael Huang-ish, but seeing as I am a huge fan of his arrangements I guess that would count as homage to him, haha!
